Booking flights for a party usually means one person putting the whole fare on their card and chasing the money back for weeks. A group trip removes that step. Everyone joins from their own phone with their own details and pays for their own seat. When the last person is in, we book the whole party together.

How it works

The organiser starts the group
Pick the route, the dates and how many seats you need, from two to nine. That is everything we need to quote.

We quote a live per person price
It is the fare for the whole party from the airline, divided equally and rounded up to the penny. The same number is shown to everyone who opens the link.

One link is shared
Send it wherever your group talks. Anyone with the link sees the trip, the price and the first names of who has joined. Contact details and dates of birth stay private.

Each traveller joins and pays their own share
Name, date of birth and contact details exactly as they appear on the passport, then their share of the fare.

We book everyone on one airline reference
When the last seat is filled we place one booking for the whole party. Our team checks the names, dates and fare before anything is ticketed.

The organiser confirms the final price if it moved
Fares change while a group fills. A small move is absorbed. Past that, the organiser sees the new per person figure and decides before we book.

The rules, plainly
The short version of section 8 of our booking terms. Read that page for the full wording.
A group is two to nine travellers on adult fares, aged 12 and over. Children need a call to the desk. Ten or more, call us and we price it as a proper group fare.
A group closes 14 days after it starts or two days before departure, whichever comes first. After that the link stops working and you start a fresh one.
Shares are quoted live and can move while the group fills. A small move is absorbed. A bigger one goes back to the organiser, who sees the new price and decides.
The booking is placed only when everyone has joined and paid their share. Until then nothing is ticketed and no seat is held.
Once booked, the fares are non-refundable unless the airline cancels or the fare rules on the ticket allow a refund. The same fare rules apply to every traveller in the group.

Questions we get asked
Before the group is booked, nothing is ticketed, so the empty seat just needs filling before the group closes. Share the link again. If the group closes without filling, no booking is placed.
After booking, the fare rules on the ticket apply to that seat, and most group fares cannot be refunded. Call the desk and we will read the rules on your exact ticket and tell you what is possible.
No. A group is one route and one set of dates, and the whole party sits on one airline reference. If some of your party need to fly from somewhere else, book them as a separate trip and meet at the other end.
Yes. Join the group again with the other traveller’s passport details and their own email address, and pay that share too. The airline issues one ticket per person, so every seat needs its own name, date of birth and a different email address.
