A travel agency, with a website.
The UK Flights Ltd is a travel agent based in Twickenham that has booked flights for customers since 2009. The prices on this site are guide prices, and every booking is made with you by phone and ticketed by us.
What we book
Return, one way and multi-city flights for adults, children and infants, with taxes included in every total.
Search flights ›Rooms worldwide priced for the whole stay. Each room says whether it can be cancelled and by when, and any charge the hotel collects itself is shown before you book.
Search hotels ›Two to nine travellers aged 12 and over, on one route. Send us the trip and our team prices the whole party, then calls you back to book it.
Send us your group ›Complicated itineraries, big parties, awkward connections and anything the website cannot do. Call 020 7993 8474 and we book it with you.

After you book
What happens once we have booked your trip, and who to call when plans change.
- 1Booked and ticketed
Our team makes the booking with the airline and tickets it for you, once you have agreed the total.
- 2Your confirmation
Your booking confirmation carries your booking reference, which is what the airline asks for at check-in.
- 3Changes by phone
To change or cancel, call 020 7993 8474, Mon to Sat, 8am to 8pm UK. We read the rules on your ticket and price the change with the airline before anything happens.
- 4If the airline moves your flight
When a schedule change lands on your booking, we call you with the options the airline offers.
The UK Flights Guarantee
Four promises we make on every booking.
Booked and ticketed by us
Every flight on this site is booked and ticketed by us as an IATA accredited agent, never handed on to another company.
The price you see is the price you pay
Every total includes taxes and charges from the first screen. Extras like bags and seats are added only when you choose them.
We call you if the airline changes anything
If the airline changes the schedule, swaps the aircraft or cancels, we call you with your options rather than leave it to an email you might miss.
ATOL protection on package bookings
Where your booking forms a package, ATOL financial protection applies. We tell you when it does before you pay.
Licences and protection
We issue airline tickets under the rules that apply to IATA accredited agents. Accreditation is checkable with IATA using our number.
Where a booking forms a package under the Package Travel Regulations, ATOL financial protection applies. We say clearly when it does, before you pay. A flight on its own is not a package.
