Between your payment and your e-ticket, we open your booking and check it end to end. In practice that means four things.

Every ticket carries rules about changes and refunds. We read the ones on your exact fare, so you know what flexibility you actually bought.

We look again at tight connections, terminal changes, overnight arrivals and minimum connection times.

Traveller names are checked against what the airline requires while a typo is still easy to fix, not after the ticket is issued.
